This website conforms to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA with two exceptions. The two exceptions relate to criteria 3.3.1 Error Identification. The errors are caused by the external conversion forms we offer as one of several options on the contact us form. Untapped is exploring ways to address these issues, and in the meantime, encourage visitors to use our email address or phone number to reach out to us.

Testing of the website was completed using both automatic testing tools and users with lived experience of disability. The website was last audited on November 10th, 2025.
